DENNIS J. ARTESE was promoted to shareholder at Anderson Kill & Olick in its New York City office. Artese's practice concentrates on insurance recovery litigation, with an emphasis on securing insurance coverage for first-party property losses, third-party liability claims and construction disputes.

Anderson Kill also named CORT T. MALONE as shareholder in the New York office. Malone practices in the Insurance Recovery and the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Departments. As an experienced litigator, he focuses on insurance coverage litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on commercial general liability insurance, directors' and officers' insurance, employment practices liability insurance, advertising injury insurance and property insurance issues.

BRIAN A. KELLY was named vice-chair of the Insurance division of the Trial Practice Group at Duane Morris in San Francisco. Kelly represents clients in connection with commercial, environmental and insurance matters, and for the last 25 years, he has been involved as lead trial and appellate counsel in many complex insurance coverage cases in state and federal courts in California and throughout the United States.

Duane Morris also announced that STEVEN D. GINSBURG joined the firm's Trial Practice Group as a partner in the Atlanta office. He comes by way of Yoss LLP. Ginsburg focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation and matters involving agreements governed by the Uniform Commercial Code; real estate, construction and banking litigation; insurance, antitrust, copyright and patent-infringement actions; medical staff privilege litigation, contractual disputes; and probate and other civil tort litigation.
