The commission said that after a form has been filed to give notice of a final payment of compensation, if additional money is paid on a claim, an update report must be filed with the commission. Only the additional payments made since the previous form was filed should be reported. The grand total reflected on the update report should be the total amount of only the additional payments made. The commission noted that questions regarding specific forms should be directed at the persons responsible for the processing or supervision of the forms. Contact information for the specific forms is available on the commission's website.
