KEVIN WHITE was promoted to the role of CEO of the Aon Risk Solutions Construction Services Group, effective June 13. White joined Aon in 1993 and was named chief operating officer of the construction group in 1997. He has also served on the Americas Executive Board of Aon Risk Solutions since 1999.

JONATHAN STEPHENSON was elevated to the position of managing director of the Australia operations and CEO of the Pacific region at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC, effective July 1. He has been with the reinsurance intermediary arm at Marsh & McLennan Cos. since 1991, focused nearly all that time on Canadian clients.

Lockton also announced that ROBERT L. JOHNSON JR. came on board as a vice president and producer in its commercial insurance division in San Francisco. He previously ran his own real-estate consulting business, Johnson Independent Advisors, and has also held various positions with real estate and financial services companies, including AMB Property Corporation, La Salle Investment Management, and the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.

ROBERT H. SMITH, currently chairman and CEO of First Mercury Financial Corp., was named as head of CoverXSpecialty, the new E&S casualty unit at Crum & Forster, as well as vice chairman at Crum & Forster, which recently acquired First Mercury.

TED CAMP, executive vice president and chief underwriting officer of First Mercury, will take on the day-to-day operations of CoverXSpecialty.

GARY DUBOIS was named as president of C&F's Seneca Insurance group, as well as head of a new combined management and professional liability unit at C&F. Dubois had been president of Valiant Insurance, another Crum & Forster acquisition.

SCOTT PALES was named vice president at Willis Financial Solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in trade credit insurance, Pales previously worked as vice president for the Midwest region for One Source Risk Management. Before that, he worked at credit insurer Atradius as U.S. country manager.

NEIL JURD was named as a divisional director in the London downstream energy team at Cooper Gay. The 20-year veteran joins the London-based intermediary from Alesco Risk Management Sevices.

JON PARKER also joined Cooper Gay as a divisional director in the London downstream energy team. With more than two decades of experience, he most recently served as senior vice president within the global property division at GCFac.

LYNN MARTIN was hired as a senior account manager for BreckComp. The 20-year insurance professional joins the specialty workers' comp wholesaler unit of Breckenridge Insurance Services LLC from M.D. Manouel Insurance Agency.

NANCY HUYNH joined AmWINS Brokerage of California as a casualty and environmental broker. She comes to the wholesaler from Partners Specialty and has had past stints at The Hartford, Zurich and Chubb.
