CHRISTIE LUKE joined Gould & Lamb as its new vice president of operations. She comes to the Medicare set-aside specialists with more than 10 years of experience in claims management and more than five specializing in MSP compliance.

TOM YODICE was named vice president of dedicated accounts at Broadspire, a Crawford Co. Yodice began his risk management career with Safety Insurance Co. and then with AIG. He has spent the last 23 years with Sompo Japan in New York City and served as an executive board member of the Sompo Japan Claims Service and executive secretary of the Sompo Fire & Marine board of directors.

DR. JAN K. RICHARDSON was awarded the APTA Catherine Wothingham Fellow for her pioneering work in establishing valid, reliable scales for pain and disability. She serves as chief clinical officer at workers' comp physical medicine provider SmartComp LLC, as well as professor emeritus with Duke University Medical Center School of Medicine.

SUZETTE GRIST was promoted to director of claims at Rankin Claim Services and head of the Charlotte, N.C., claims operation. Grist comes to the Southeast-based claims adjusting service with 15 years of claims experience at several carriers, including Allianz Global, Liberty Mutual, Royal and Sun Alliance, and Cigna Property & Casualty.
