The court requires both the acquiring and prior claims administrators to provide notice to the court not less than 30 days prior to the effective date of a claims acquisition. Claims administrators can notify the court by submitting the electronic form or by providing written notice on company letterhead. The court reminds claims administrators that failing to provide notice of claims administration in a timely manner may result in a rejection of acquired unallocated and acquired payment transactions.
