SHAUN HOOPER was appointed as CEO of Cooper Gay & Co. Ltd., the London market broker of Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford Ltd. Hooper had been interim CEO since December 2010. He joined CGSC in July 2009 as head of group operations and previously served as chief operating officer of Bluefin Insurance Services.

JOE LAMMEL was tapped to lead the new Memphis, Tenn., risk management and benefits operation of Lockton. Lammel spent more than 30 years with Marsh, most recently as the leader of its Memphis brokerage operation. He specializes in transportation, construction, surety and financial risks.

ANDREW GREEN joined U.K.-based Miller Insurance Services as a broker for global facultative reinsurance for large onshore energy accounts. He comes to Miller by way of Newman Martin and Buchan.

SEAN P. FLAHERTY was named as a sales executive for E.G. Bowman, specializing in working with construction accounts. He joins the New York City-based brokerage after 15 years of working for a family-owned construction business.

PHILIP CAMPBELL was hired as an executive vice president and member of the U.S. strategy board for BMS. Previously, Campbell was a managing director for Guy Carpenter and an executive vice president at Aon Benfield.

TONY CONSTANZO was promoted to executive vice president at XS Brokers Insurance Agency Inc. He has been with the wholesale brokerage for eight years and in surplus-lines for a total of 20, including past stints at Quaker Special Risk and S.H. Smith & Co.

JENNIFER BURCELL joined Crump California as a professional liability broker. Burcell's previous experience includes 10 years with Bliss & Glennon, Inc. as a broker and the past year and a half in new business production.
