Oregon: Division recalculates attorney's fees

The Workers' Compensation Division published a revised attorney's fees matrix.

Effective July 1, the maximum attorney's fees that can be awarded, absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances, is $3,157. This amount is adjusted annually based on the percentage increase of the state's average weekly wage.
