People on the Move: Technology

FRANK R. SANCHEZ was elected to the board of directors at Regulatory Data Corp. Inc., a Wilmington, Del.-based provider of compliance solutions. Sanchez currently serves as the CEO of OurBond Inc., a technology and business services company. Prior to OurBond, he was president of strategic solutions at Fidelity National Information Services Inc. and served as CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates Inc.

NORA KENNER joined the 4iSoft team as product director. With more than 20 years of business-oriented IT experience in the insurance domain, Kenner previously was the vice president of claims product management at GenSource. 4iSoft provides IT services and products geared toward the insurance industry.

PRANAV PASRICHA was appointed as global head of insurance business at India-based solutions provider Polaris. Prior to joining Polaris, Pasricha was executive general manager-strategy, technology and operations for QBE Australia.
