Oregon: Division continues to promote preferred worker program
The Workers' Compensation Division changed forms relating to the preferred worker program.
The program promotes reemployment of qualified workers and provides benefits, including premium exemption, claim cost reimbursement, wage subsidy, and work site modification. The forms include a wage subsidy agreement, wage subsidy reimbursement request, purchase agreement, moving assistance agreement, work site creation agreement, placement assistance agreement, and quarterly claim cost reimbursement request. No form is required to request reimbursement of employment purchases and work site modifications. Read more at the WorkersComp Forum homepage.
