TONY MCINTOSH joined Swett & Crawford as a California senior workers' compensation broker. The 25-year veteran comes to Swett from Networked Insurance Agents, where he was the sales vice president for the San Francisco Bay Area territory. Previously, he served at Everest National, Discover Re, Wexford/Aon and Berkshire Hathaway.

Swett & Crawford also expanded its casualty staff in New York to include RICKY DAWSON. For the past five years, Dawson was a wholesale broker with Combined Marketing Services LLC Inc.

TIMOTHY BASS joined the San Francisco office of Worldwide Facilities Inc. He joins the Los Angeles-based surplus-lines broker from Crump/Tri-City Brokerage of Illinois, where he served for five years, after which he moved to Massachusetts as a casualty broker with RLA Insurance Intermediaries.

DEANA CROWSON was hired by Crump Insurance Services as vice president and property/casualty broker in its Dallas office. The 30-year insurance veteran is a former Crump employee and returns after spending the past 12 years at Swett & Crawford as a commercial broker for in-house general liability, property and excess facilities.

JEFF MCNATT was named as the leader of the new Satellite Beach, Fla., office of AmWINS Group Inc. McNatt has been with the wholesaler since 2007, when he joined to lead its Birmingham, Ala., office.

He will be joined in the Satellite Beach office by BRIAN HENDERSON, who comes by way of Peachtree Special Risk Brokers. Henderson will also open a Boca Raton, Fla., office.

AmWINS also announced that ALISON OLIPHANT will now lead its Birmingham office and replace McNatt.
