CHIP BIFANO was appointed as managing director for Contractor Connection, the managed repair network for Crawford & Co. Bifano spent the past seven years as president of an international textile restoration company and his early career with a major restoration franchise as an owner and later operations executive.

CAROLINE H. WORRALL was promoted to the position of chief operating officer at Medval. Previously the chief financial officer at the Medicare settlement service provider, where she joined in 2006, she has more than 10 years in senior executive roles in small and midsize businesses, including two previous CFO stints.
