Alaska: Board might extend fee schedule

The Workers' Compensation Board is considering extending the medical fee schedule.

The board would adopt a proposed emergency regulation extending the Dec. 1, 2004, schedule to Oct. 1, as proposed by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
