California: Hearing to cover regs regarding medical evaluators
The Division of Workers' Compensation proposed revisions to regulations regarding qualified medical evaluators.
The application for appointment as a qualified medical evaluator, reappointment application, and request for qualified medical evaluator panel forms were changed to add specialty code designations for chiropractic neurology, chiropractic orthopedic, and chiropractic sports medicine. A public hearing is scheduled for Aug. 9 at 10 a.m. in the auditorium at the Elihu Harris State Office Building at 1515 Clay Street in Oakland.
