The proposed rule deletes discontinued class codes, adds new class codes, and revises descriptions of construction class codes as published in the Florida exception pages in the National Council on Compensation Insurance Inc. basic manual. For purposes of the rule, an employer is considered to be engaged in the construction industry when any portion of the employer's business operations is described in the construction industry classification codes adopted in the rule.
