Washington: Department seeks comments on new program

The Department of Labor and Industries is creating a stay at work program.

The program authorizes the department to reimburse employers for qualifying expenses. Since the program is new, rules are required to implement it and clarify its administration. Comments should be submitted to Richard Bredeson at bred235@lni.wa.gov.
