RCM&D Adds Two Execs

MIKE WEBER has joined RCM&D as a client executive. Weber has more than 20 years of sales and client service experience in commercial insurance and previously served as vice president of commercial lines for an insurance agency in Virginia.

In his new role with RCM&D, Mr. Weber will provide a full spectrum of insurance, risk management and employee benefits solutions to a diverse roster of clients including transportation, distribution and warehousing businesses, nonprofit and educational institutions and construction companies.

VALERIE FARMER has joined the firm as an associate client manager. She previously served as the manager of commercial operations for an insurance agency in Virginia and has 20 years of direct experience in transportation and logistics underwriting.

Gaeta Joins NSM Insurance Group

VITO GAETA has joined NSM Insurance Group as director, construction programs. He previously held the position of senior underwriter for ACE USA.

"After an exhaustive national search, I am very pleased to announce that Vito has accepted the position of Director, Construction Programs," said Geof McKernan, CEO, NSM Insurance Group. "Vito brings to NSM Insurance Group years of underwriting, sales, and marketing experience. His exceptional underwriting and relationship building skills will help breathe new life into the emerging construction industry."

Interstate National Taps Mischler

Interstate National Corporation announced the addition of insurance industry veteran MARK H. MISHLER to lead Interstate National and its subsidiaries as Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO, Mishler will oversee Interstate's executive team, manage Interstate's long-term strategic initiatives as well as lead daily operations including underwriting, claims, finance, customer service and information technology functions to support Interstate's financial and business objectives.

He was most recently at the helm of The Warranty Group, Inc., as president, chief operating officer and board member.

"Mark's vision for growth and strategic positioning grew his past companies to $5 billion in assets and $1.8 billion in revenues," Interstate Chairman, Gene Becker, announced to the Interstate team. "Mark is a results-driven leader, who will help Interstate accomplish our collective goals for aggressive growth, superior customer service and a steadfast commitment to excellence in the industry for years to come."

Coe to Amerisure

CHARLES B. COE has been elected to the Board of Directors at Amerisure Companies. He brings 28 years of experience telecommunications industry. Coe replaces William P. Vititoe who retired in May 2011 after serving on the Board for 24 years.

Coe previously served as President of Network Services at BellSouth Telecommunications. He also held managerial and senior executive positions with AT&T Corp.

"In a career defined by excellence at every level, Charlie brings a unique set of skills and attributes that we believe will significantly complement and further strengthen the Amerisure Board," said Richard F. Russell, president and CEO. ?His experience will be a valuable asset, particularly as we advance the organization toward the future.?

Coe will serve on the Audit and Compensation & Governance Committees
