Arizona follows OSHA's standard on fall protection
The Industrial Commission adopted a federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration directive on fall protection.
The new compliance guidance applies to certain residential construction activities. The commission issued a stay of enforcement of the directive to receive information on the use of residential fall protection. The commission scheduled informal public hearings and accepted written comments.
