The rules explain what the program is and how an employer insured with the department can qualify for stay-at-work reimbursements. The rules state what an employer can be reimbursed for. The rules also explain how the program deals with workers with more than one claim of qualifying employer. The rules set out a procedure for employers to apply for reimbursements. The department scheduled four public hearings. The department intends to adopt the rules on Feb. 27.
