Indiana: NCCI reviewing take-out credit program eligibility

The Compensation Rating Bureau issued a circular regarding the take-out credit program, which allows a carrier to obtain credits against its pool participation.

To receive credits, carriers must have enrolled with NCCI by Feb. 24. Carriers that received a take-out credit for 2010 are already enrolled. NCCI will announce the availability of its take-out credit report during the week of March 26. Carriers must indicate acceptance of credits by April 13. Upon acceptance, the bureau will adjust the company's voluntary market share, which will determine the 2011 pool participation base.
