Oregon: Division seeks to define gainful occupation for evaluations

The Workers' Compensation Division issued a bulletin regarding the determination of "gainful occupation" for permanent total disability evaluations.

The bulletin provides examples of gainful employment to be used in determining eligibility for PTD benefits. The bulletin also updates the annual percentage of change in the federal poverty guidelines for a family of three that apply to Oregon residents.
