Oregon: Division updates preferred worker program forms

The Workers' Compensation Division issued a bulletin regarding the types of assistance available through the preferred worker program and how to request assistance.

The division changed the form for requesting wage subsidy reimbursement. An employer must complete the form and attach payroll documentation. The division also made changes to the preferred worker placement assistance agreement. The form verifies that the worker authorizes use of his preferred worker benefits for placement services.
