Oklahoma legislation moving along
H.B. 2155 would make Oklahoma the second state after Texas to allow employers to opt out of the state-based workers' comp system.
The legislation was approved by the Oklahoma House as well as the Senate Judiciary Committee and is expected to come up for a vote by the full Senate soon.
If approved, the amended bill would be returned to the House.
