Oregon: Division changes travel reimbursement rates

The Workers' Compensation Division issued a bulletin regarding the reimbursement of injured workers' travel, food, and lodging expenses.

The division amended the private vehicle mileage rate to 55.5 cents per mile, effective April 17. The meal and lodging rates remain unchanged. Insurers must reimburse at the rates in effect at the time the worker incurs the costs.
