The division also proposed to repeal a regulation prohibiting public licensing authorities from accepting an incomplete affirmation affidavit of workers' compensation compliance from a business owner. A regulation requiring the affirmation affidavit of workers' compensation coverage compliance to conform to a form was also proposed to be repealed. The regulations proposed to be repealed will become outdated when the statewide business registration portal goes online, scheduled for August. The division scheduled a public workshop for April 30.
