Colorado: Division spells out maximum rates for certain benefits
The maximum benefit rate for temporary total disability, temporary partial disability, permanent total disability, and death benefits is $848.82. To be eligible for the maximum, the worker must have a weekly income of $1,273.23. The maximum limit for disfigurement is $4,504 and up to $9,007 for extensive facial or body scars, burn scars, or stumps resulting from the loss of limbs. The compensation rate for a scheduled injury is $268.98. The limits on the amount of compensation for combined temporary disability payments and partial disability payments increased to $78,482 for workers whose impairment rating is 25 percent of the whole person or less and $156,962 for workers whose whole person impairment rating is greater than 25 percent.
