The rules update the audit procedures and eliminate the requirement that the National Council on Compensation Insurance conduct seminars on audit fundamentals for employers. The requirements of the test audit program were revised. The premium audit hearing procedures were also updated. A public hearing was scheduled for June 27. Written comments will be accepted until July 2. For more information, visit www.cbs.state.or.us/external/ins/rules/attachments/proposed/workerscomp-premiumaudit-rule-notice.pdf.
