The bureau eliminated the requirement to provide an assessment of the injured worker's skills related to using the Internet for job searching and the requirement to familiarize the injured worker with needed skills using bureau approved instructional programs. The bureau modified the language to show its intent of helping injured workers apply for jobs online. The bureau plans the new fee schedule to go into effect on Sept. 1. Comments were accepted until June 8. For more information, visit www.ohiobwc.com/basics/guidedtour/generalinfo/OACInReview.asp.
