Anesthesia services that are paid with base and time units have a conversion factor of $3.22 per minute, which is equivalent to $48.30 per 15 minutes. When multiple physical therapy or occupational therapy treatments are performed in one day, the department or self-insurer will pay either the sum of the individual fee maximums, the provider's usual and customary charge, or $119.01, whichever is less. The rules will go into effect on July 1. For a copy of the new rules, visit www.lni.wa.gov/rules/AO11/24/1124Adoption.pdf.
