Arizona: Commission bases average monthly wage on state mean

The Industrial Commission provided an update to the calculation of the average monthly wage maximum.

The commission pointed out that it will be required to use the state mean wage to establish the maximum average monthly wage for the 2013 calendar year. The commission is required to adopt a new maximum average monthly wage no later than Aug. 1.
