The division stated that effective July 1 the state average weekly wage is $841.25, a decrease of 0.15 percent over the previous year's average weekly wage. Because there was no increase in the average weekly wage, the maximum fee and fee ranges remain the same for attorney's fees awarded through June 30, 2013. The maximum attorney's fees that can be awarded, absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances, is $3,157.
