Delaware: Division announces workers' compensation rate

The Division of Industrial Affairs issued a memorandum announcing the new workers' compensation rate.

Effective July 2, the maximum weekly workers' compensation rate is $645.01, and the minimum workers' compensation rate is $215. The rates were based on the state's average weekly wage of $967.52 for the 2011 calendar year.
