Colorado: Division looks at rules of procedure
The Division of Workers' Compensation proposed amendments to rules of procedure.
The proposed rules revise standard terminology, administrative procedures, and the requirements necessary to implement the division medical treatment guidelines and medical fee schedule. The proposed rules also revise the medical billing codes systems and update fees and relative values. The medical requirements, procedures, and payments related to the medical fee schedule were also revised. Read more at the WorkersComp Forum homepage.
