Idaho: Commission looks to amend rules on medical fees
The Industrial Commission proposed amendments to rules regarding medical fees.
The proposed rules provide the annual adjustment of the medical fee schedule for physician reimbursement and create a pharmaceutical fee schedule for pharmacies and dispensing physicians. The rules also standardize the required coding sets used by providers for billing medical services. The commission had scheduled a public hearing. Read more at the WorkersComp Forum homepage.
