Illinois: Commission determines medical fee schedule

The Workers' Compensation Commission announced the medical fee schedule rates.

The rates will increase 1.69 percent in 2013, which is less than half the rate of medical inflation. The fee schedule is running at 37 percent below medical inflation over the life of the fee schedule.
