Indiana: Deadline for credit program approaching

The Compensation Rating Bureau issued a bulletin regarding the take-out credit program.

To receive credits for 2012, carriers must enroll with the National Council on Compensation Insurance by Feb. 22. Carriers currently enrolled or that received a take-out credit for 2011 are not required to reenroll. During the week of March 25, NCCI will send an email announcing the availability of the take-out credit report. Carriers in agreement with the report must indicate acceptance of the credits by April 12.
