The Subprime Contagion Concerns

Several insurers revealed the impact of the subprime lending and mortgage-linked securities mess on their third-quarter earnings. Ratings firm A.M. Best analyzed the information, as well as provided insight into how greater impacts could still be expected for insurers down the road.
