SHIRLEY FRITCH has been promoted to the position of vice president at F. A. Richards & Assoc.Inc. In her new position, Fritch is responsible for the overall direction and management of the firm?s Texas branch offices as well as offices in Lafayette, La., Shreveport, La. and Jackson, Miss. She will remain based in Houston. Fritch began her career with F. A. Richards in 1986 as an adjuster trainee. In 1990 she was appointed adjuster in charge followed by another promotion to manager of two branch locations. She later served as the manager of the Boca Raton, Fla., office, which grew very quickly. In 1998, Fritch was named assistant vice president of operations.

In addition, the company?s special investigative unit, FARA Security Services Inc., has announced the promotion of CHRISTOPHER WILL to vice president. Will is responsible for all operations and business development for FARA Security Services Inc. He will remain based in Mandeville, La. Will began his career with FARA in 1998 as the manager of FARA Security Services Inc. He previously served as a claims director for Equifax, later named ChoicePoint, where he supervised all claims investigations in Louisiana, Alabama and Arkansas. During his tenure, Will also supervised the preemployment and records collections divisions

ARI LINDNER has been appointed to the position of president of ACE Tempest Life Reinsurance Ltd. Lindner is responsible for the day-to-day management of ACE Tempest Life Re, the ACE Group?s life and annuity reinsurance operation. In his previous position Lindner served as senior vice president and chief life officer for ACE Tempest Life Re. He joined the company in August 2000 from AXA Re Life Insurance Co. where he served as vice president in the Reinsurance

Solutions division.

GREGORY C. CASE has been named president and chief executive officer of Aon Corp. Case has also been elected to the firm?s board of directors. Case most recently served as head of the financial services practice at McKinsey & Co., the international strategic management consulting firm. Previously, Case was responsible for McKinsey?s global insurance practice. A native of Kansas City, Case received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Case and his family reside in suburban Chicago.

The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America has announced that WILLIAM FRITTS has been appointed executive vice president, responsible for oversight and coordination of PCI?s federal and state political advocacy and public affairs efforts. Fritts has more than three decades of legislative, corporate and consulting experience. Prior to joining PCI he was a senior managing partner of Intersect Strategies Group, a government and business consultancy organization based in St. Paul. Fritts has also held executive positions with ReliaStar Financial Corp. and ING. He has served as Minnesota chief of staff of U.S. Sen. Dave Durenberger, as assistant secretary for legislative and intergovernment affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and as a senior advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. He was also the political affairs director for the Health Insurance Association of America.

WILLIAM E. DONNELL has been named Chief Marketing Officer for GE Insurance Solutions with responsibilities for customer service, brand management, new product introductions, customer segmentation and client support. Most recently, Donnell served as global casualty leader, leading product strategy and profitability of all casualty insurance and reinsurance lines. He previously served as the business unit leader for the programs, excess workers? compensation and excess & surplus lines in the company?s commercial insurance business. Donnell has 22 years of property and casualty insurance experience in various regional and corporate management roles with U.S. primary insurance companies.
