TERESA M. CINNAMOND joined Basking Ridge, N.J.-based Carroll McNulty & Kull LLC as a senior associate. Cinnamond previously spent several years with a Boston-based insurance firm and worked at a New York law firm with the London insurance market. Her background strengthens the firm of 38 attorneys whose core practice areas include insurance coverage, construction and surety, insurance defense, commercial disputes and business counseling, employment and land use.

The international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke hired John Finnegan as a partner in the insurance and reinsurance practice, based in the New York office. Finnegan joined Chadbourne from the firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York, where he was a partner. Finnegan focuses on reinsurance dispute resolution and litigation, and specializes in the formation of reinsurance sidecars, assisting distressed companies or companies with run-off books, counseling companies that are targets of investigations, and handling rate and policy form filings.

Saul Ewing LLP hired M. Paige Berry as a partner in its Princeton, N.J., office. Berry most recently was a partner in the Princeton office of Reed Smith LLP. She focuses her practice on the formation of insurance companies, general insurance regulatory and transactional matters, insurance litigation and governmental affairs.
