The litigation firm of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP announced that CHRISTOPHER NUCIFORA, Esq. has joined as partner. Nucifora concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, surety and fidelity, and construction litigation. He has represented corporations, sureties, insurance companies, contractors, public entities and individuals in all phases of federal and state litigation. Prior to joining KDV, Nucifora practiced at Wolff & Samson PC. He currently practices from KDV's Hackensack, N.J. office.

Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP also announced the promotion of MICHAEL V. DESANTIS, Esq. from associate to partner. DeSantis concentrates on complex commercial litigation involving errors and omissions, directors' and officers' liability, employment practices, securities brokers/dealers, professional liability and insurance coverage matters. He has represented insurance agents and brokers, accountants, property managers, real-estate appraisers, real-estate agents and brokers, and title insurance companies in various phases of federal and state litigation. Prior to joining KDV, DeSantis served as an associate with Rivkin Radler LLP. He currently practices from KDV's Woodbury, N.Y., office.

International law firm Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP announced the newest partner in its London office, MELANIE RYAN. A solicitor in the United Kingdom and Australia, Ryan comes to Fulbright from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP, where she was a partner in the Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation department. Ryan has represented financial institutions and insurers in commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution and regulatory investigations in multiple jurisdictions.
