Deloitte & Touche LLP, the U.K. business advisory firm, announced the appointment of RICK CUDWORTH as head of business continuity and resilience. Cudworth was previously a global leader for business and technology continuity services with KPMG. He joins a rapidly growing Enterprise Risk Services practice at Deloitte, where many of Cudworth's team members have also joined from KPMG.

JOE RUTLAND, consultant for J. Rolfe Davis Insurance, accepted a position on the board of directors for the March of Dimes Central Florida Division. Rutland has an expertise in employee benefits, with deep knowledge of the banking, finance and heath fields. The March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., announced that MARY KAY VONA has joined the Tampa office as executive vice president and Southeast region leader. Vona will be responsible for account management, business development and professional staff development in the region, which includes Maryland; Washington, D.C.; Virginia; North Carolina; South Carolina; Georgia; and Florida. Vona joins Aon Consulting from IBM, where she was the global learning executive and partner in the Human Capital Management practice.
