Marsh appointed Jeremy D. Cooke to the new position of global head of market relationship management. Based in London, Cooke will support Joe McSweeny, president, U.S./Canada Division; Alex Moczarski, president, International Division; and Sandy Vietor, president of Marsh's Global Specialties.He will report to Moczarski.He will also head market relationship management within the International Division. Cooke was previously senior adviser in Marsh's Global Markets Practice.

Adam Kagan has been appointed to head of market relationship management for U.S./Canada and will report to Cooke.

Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. has announced the retirement of Mathis Cabiallavetta, Vice Chairman, Office of the CEO of MMC, effective Sept. 1, 2008. At that time, he will join the Board of Directors of Swiss Re. Cabiallavetta will continue to serve MMC as Chairman of its International Advisory Board. Cabiallavetta, 63, joined MMC in 1999. Previously he was Chairman of the Board of UBS AG, which he joined in 1971. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Altria Group, Inc. and BlackRock, Inc., and is a member of the Advisory Board of General Atlantic Partners in New York.

Integro has named Robert J. Dunn as Vice Chairman of Integro Canada Ltd. Founded in 2005, Integro continues its expansion across Canada, with offices in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Dunn joined the company in 2005 as Managing Principal and has successfully established the Integro operation in Montreal. He will continue to manage the Montreal office, which specializes in construction, financial institutions, professional liability and management liability.

Willis Group Holdings has appointed Nigel Brunning as Senior Vice President and Regional Partner for Willis of Louisiana Inc. Brunning's responsibilities include branch management of Willis' operations in Louisiana while expanding the existing client base in both marine and non-marine industries. He will also assist the other Willis offices in the Gulf Region in the development of new business. Brunning joined Willis in 2004 as executive director within the Global Marine Division.

Lockton Companies is expanding the capabilities of its Chicago office to include retirement plan consulting services for corporate and not for profit organizations. To head the effort, Doug Morris recently joined the brokerage as Vice President, Retirement Services. A producer responsible for retirement plan consulting for Lockton's large and middle-market clients, Morris primarily focuses on providing services to 401(k), 403(b) and defined benefit pension plans. Immediately prior to joining Lockton, he was Vice President of Sales for the Chicago office of Diversified Investment Advisors.
