Mike Lusk was elected chair of the board of directors of the Captive Insurance Cos. Association during CICA's 36th International Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz. Lusk is corporate vice president for insurance and global risk management at Decatur, Ill.-based Archer Daniels Midland Co.
