The Homeowners Defense Act of 2007

The Homeowners Defense Act of 2007 is down but not out. It was passed by the House last Nov. 8. Though it has not been voted on by the Senate yet in this new year, its sponsors are still working to get it passed and put on the president's desk (despite his threat of veto).
