Legal Issues for Food-Handlers & Their Insurers

The report -- "Food Contamination Insurance Coverage Issues: An Insurer's Perspective" -- explores just how far-flung the exposure is to food contamination claims, from the growers on down through the retail markets and restaurants.

But it also explores "the hope" for businesses at risk: property and liability policies that can cover costs associated with such claims, as well as specialized policies that can augment coverage further.
