HARRY P. COHEN joined the law firm of Crowell & Moring LLP as a partner in its Insurance/Reinsurance Group at its New York office. Cohen joins by way of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and brings more than 20 years' worth of reinsurance dispute experience.

Crowell & Moring LLP also announced that its Insurance/Reinsurance Group picked up RODNEY M. ZERBE. Counsel Zerbe comes from Dechert LLP and also possesses more than two decades of experience, particularly with handling coverage disputes for brokers and reinsurance intermediaries.

PAUL AGUGGIA will become head of the Financial Institutions team in the corporate department of Kilpatrick Stockton. The announcement came as part of the merger between Aguggia's former firm, Muldoon Murphy & Aguggia, where he was chairman, and Kilpatrick Stockton. Joining Aguggia in the move to the Washington, D.C., office of Kilpatrick Stockton are 22 attorneys and 13 staff members.

CHRISTINA SHEA joined Reed Smith as counsel for its international insurance recovery practice. Based out of San Francisco, she will focus on representing corporate policyholders in litigation involving first-party property damage and third-party liability.
